Larry Clay, Jr.
Main profile
I have multiple roles as a budding scholar and management practitioner. In academia, my role at Marymount University is as an Assistant Professor of Business. My aspirations are to continue my research in sustainable development, conscious business, and meta-organization while also teaching courses in Design Thinking, Innovation, Strategy, Positive Organizational Behavior, and Business Ethics.
Beyond my passion for knowledge and business management, I am also active with several service and non-profit organizations. Since 2013 I’ve worked with the National Black MBA Association (NBMBAA)’s Annual Fiat Chrysler Graduate Case Competition in the role as Special Operations & Logistics Manager. Additionally, I am also the program administrator for Conscious Business Innerprise (CBI). This non-profit is a subsidiary of Humanity’s Team, and our mission at CBI is to develop the next generation of conscious business leadership to transition business leaders, managers, and entrepreneurs into the evolutionary paradigms of the future in business and innovation. As Program Administrator I managed and designed the content and learning objectives for the CBI Masterclass training for Conscious Business Change Agent (CBCA) professional development, which I also host business coaching sessions throughout the program.
