Daniel Stone
Main profile
Daniel has been engaged for the last 35 years in Making Change Real for individuals, groups, organizations, and society at large. He has been one of the pioneers in the design and facilitation of large group processes and technologies to engage up to thousands of people at a time on issues that have broad societal impact. Some of these efforts have included: rebuilding the World Trade Center, the recovery of New Orleans post-Katrina, the reform of health care in California, the future application of neurosciences in Europe, and global transformation of consciousness. Daniel designed and produced the interactive portions of the Clinton Global Initiative as well as the opening session of the World Economic Forum in Davos Switzerland—both of which engaged hundreds of world leaders in identifying core issues and priorities for addressing global issues. Further, he has played a key role in the furtherance of One Health—a global movement that is increasingly gathering momentum that is bringing together the disciplines of human, animal, environmental, and economic health to address core needs of humanity. In addition to these large-scale efforts, Daniel also maintains an extensive organizational change consulting practice to assist organizations of all types and sizes in facing and embracing their need for transformation. He works throughout the United States and globally, with health care, higher education, non-profit, government, corporate, and spiritual organizations. For the past nearly 40 years he has been a follower of Avatar Meher Baba, and in the recent years he has been incorporating the principles and practice of Sufi healing into his work and his life. www.danielstone.com
