Deborah Sandella

Deborah Sandella, PhD, RN is author of the #1 International Bestseller Goodbye Hurt & Pain, 7 Simple Steps to Health, Love and Success. She is an award-winning psychotherapist, university professor, and the originator of the groundbreaking RIM (Regenerating Images in Memory) Method, which is a heavily-backed neuroscience tool that taps the smart organic emotional system to do the work significantly quicker. Her professional life has been committed to eliminating unnecessary suffering for all people as quickly and painlessly as possible by accelerating self-awareness and consciousness. She began this journey in the 1970s by creating two cutting edge programs to retain clients in the community rather than risking institutionalization at the state hospital. She was recognized for developing extremely innovative and successful programs that effectively cut the length of hospital stays from 2-3 weeks to 3-4 days, and allowed families to become intimately involved in treatment, which successfully lowered the recidivism rate.

She’s been featured in popular TV (CBS), radio and print (CNN, USA Today and FOX) and frequently shares the stage with Jack Canfield. They have co-authored the life changing Awakening Power 6-CD meditation program. Her numerous professional awards include, "Outstanding Clinical Specialist," "Research Excellence," and an "EVVY Best Personal Growth Book Award." Applying her insatiable curiosity and tremendous imagination, she consistently has originated more effective and quicker ways to alleviate hurt and pain. Driven by a desire to soar above limitations, she reminds us freedom and spontaneity are the spice of life that nurtures heart and soul.

Deborah has founded the RIM Institute to train others how to unlock the resilience and resourcefulness inherent in our emotional operating system. Because of the dramatic quick results that can occur with this process, interest and research is growing rapidly.

Having a rich spiritual life has been immensely important to Deborah and she has twice gone on month-long spiritual pilgrimages to India. Attending to the expansion of her personal self-awareness and consciousness is a daily practice.
