Doug King is the president of Presence, a non-profit research and writing group, dedicated to a reinterpretation of religion and spirituality. He has worked with his father, Max King who has written since the early 70’s in the field of theology.
Doug has a dual degree in Theology and Biblical Languages.
He also has a business background, being founder and president of a technology company in Atlanta Georgia for 20 years.
Doug currently works in a new field termed Integral Theology, which supports a movement from religious pluralism conversations to narrative pluralism and conversations beyond religion.
