Anita Sanchez

Dr. Anita Sanchez, Nahua (Aztec) and Mexican- American, has spent four decades weaving indigenous wisdom and modern science to support business executives, non-profit leaders, and their teams all over the world. Anita consults and trains using her benchmarked tools and programs focused on building equitable, diverse, and inclusive cultures, large scale positive change, leadership development and organization strategies. She is passionate about “inspiring people to discover and trust their gifts so that they become a life-giving connection to people and to the planet.”

A truly inspiring speaker, Dr. Sanchez is author of six books including the international bestselling author of Success University for Women in Business and The Four Sacred Gifts: Indigenous Wisdom for Modern Times, Simon & Schuster. The Four Sacred Gifts is, also, an international award winner in the 2019 International Latino Book Award  (ILBA) in three categories: “Most Inspirational Nonfiction Book,” “Best Self-Help Book,” and “Best in Spirituality.” Other recent awards include 2020 Conscious Company Media “World Changing Woman” and 2020 World Woman’s Foundation “Woman of the Hour,” #SheisMyHero campaign, to inspire 1 million girls to live their dreams and leadership.

Anita is a member of the Transformational Leadership Council, Wisdom Council for the Tipping Point System and the Evolutionary Business Council, and Board member of Bioneers and the Pachamama Alliance. Anita leads an annual journey into the sacred headwaters of the Amazon supporting leaders, their teams, and families to deepen their connection to purpose, nature, and the importance of indigenous wisdom.
