if ANYPART of a company gives bonus' (meaning a different division within the company) the company MUST be in the black, ESPECIALLY a company who has been bailed out. SIMPLE..end of story. Considering that maybe in the future a company now that is in the black, maybe won't be at another date, regulations should always be that if in the Black, a bonus is fine. To make all people responsible, from the top person down to the bottom, including the board. If no one is held "responsible" anyone can do anything they want.
