Each individual must start by working on him/herself in order to BE the change. By BEing the change, the surrounding individuals will be reflected on him/her, and will see that the SHIFT IS POSSIBLE. We have to "Light the candles", and "plant the Seeds" in order for us to search for our own path, but with a common GOAL and MISSION
