Creation of peace solutions to be shared will bring peace to people around the world. World Peace 2000 now known as Universal Peace Society (UPS) started the idea on 11 Sep 1999 asking for people to gather in teams of 21 people in each suburb, city and in all countries of the world to focus in; 1. Resolving local issues affecting the community. 2. The group writes the steps taken to achieve a final and proven outcome. 3. Hand over those proven solutions to UPS so we can share them with others with similar issues anywhere in the world. These step actions will allow a consciousness change from conflict to cooperative peace beyond the realm of politics and religion. Once a year, a hosting country holds the International Peace celebrations with visiting elected representatives from every country who hands over their most successful peace outcomes to UPS.
