Meditate together at the same times twice each day. By meditate, I mean "settle and be calm while remaining awake." This means be without the spurs to activity. Be disentangled. There are various methods, employ whatever actually works best at calming. Once calm, consciousness gets clear and energetically potent. In this way we create a huge wave of calming, followed by a clarity and energy that sees the way, intellectually and even better, intuitively, to resolve our challenges.
