Live a conscious life. Support unity in all living beings instead of declaring diversity as a necessary part of democracy. An infant can identify diversity..it takes a bit more to see the unity in every part of our universe. Promote peace and non violence. And that, folks, begins in the kitchen. Laugh more. Nothing new here. Many talk, but fewer do.

Remember that our every thought creates and to take responsibility for those thoughts. When we realize that we are vibrating at a lower vibration than what we desire, change that thought to the desired state of mind.This is very empowering, especially as the material results start to show up in our lives.
