In order to fully evolve collectively as humans we must first realize that this great gift we have been given, this vessel and conduit, our bodies, must be taken care of. Before we ascend to greatness, a healing has to take place and shift in health and well-being, and being conscious to it. How we think, what we eat (supplemental nutrition), breath, how we sleep and exercise, etc, is so important. As Ralph Waldo Emerson said, our first wealth is our health. We will have the Gathering of the chiefs and the shamans from all the lineages of humanity in New York in 2010. I have been working on organizing this with Carlos Barrios, a Mayan shaman, to help fulfill the Hopi prophecy: "Those from the Center make us unite, The Eagle of the North and the Condor of the South. We will meet our Relatives because we are One, as the fingers of our hand." Carlos Barrios is from Guatemala in Central America, the "Center." I am putting out the call.
