I am new in a Meditation group where we do a Universal Prayer where ever we are, (in a group or individual), at 9:00 PM (any oneís local time), for 10 to 15 minutes only. We pray for others (as Godly and Divine beings), we sit comfortably (no particular position) with our eyes closed and consciously pray: ìAll brothers and sisters are being filled with Love and Devotion and True Faith is becoming stronger in themî. Praying of all of us in the globe starting at 9:00 PM continuing to 9:15 make the praying continuous beyond the place, beyond the time. Let us pray all togather for others.

Dear Evolutionary Leaders, I am taking part in the evolution of consciousness by teaching a colour meditation technique in my little corner of the world. Colour meditation is a practice that any person can use to access and nurture his subconscious. It transforms the personality, thus accelerating the evolution of the person's consciousness. It is easily taught, easily practiced (even for children) and its value is incalculable. Each colour represents a spiritual aspect of life... red - love orange - balance of emotion and intellect yellow - awareness, ie intellect to intuition green - health and physical manifestation blue - truth - personal as well as universal purple - inspiration and aspiration, ie personal spiritual growth violet - universal spiritual growth, ie peace and the health of our planet white - purity, expanded consciousness. I believe, as you do, that the solution to every problem is spiritual - it is maturation of mankind that will transform our world. This powerful technique could be easily assimilated by any group or religion. I would love to be part of your movement.

Please keep in mind the need for a Global Family and the need to love, sustain, feed,educate, heal and protect us all. To use means short of violence to settle differences. To take immediate action for a healthier planet. To Understand that those that are the most evolved need to be the most concious about how their individual and collective actions effect the whole.
