Keep providing and increase forums, such as this, for input from all sectors of society. Teach Non-Violent Communication [ìnvc] to first graders on up through high school this will shift the whole family and to businesses, prison staff, government workers/officials. Do everything in our power to create transparency and a way of dealing with ëcrimeí via NVC, healing, etc. Consider abolishing borders, lifting sanctions, forgiving debts round the globe as we go on our ënatural resources dietsí (see below). Institute Michael Pollan's Agricultural plan at the Federal level on down to communities and abroad in a similar modality. Bring a requisite 10-day annual Vipassana Meditation Courses to all government employees, beginning with the Pentagon as conducted gratis, by S.N. Goenka. Teach/practice Vipassana at all educational facilities. Establish a Department of Peace in every country that is pro active and trained in mediation, nvc, meditation, Harry Palmerís Avatar courses. Let this department handle "wars" as mediations at the "Table" the new "battleground/peacemaking terrain" Let them preside over other country's debates and disagreements... Play the World Game ask me about this it's a plan/'game' for nations to nurture another nation's growth that is dynamic and shifting and increases activities of global community, and the United Nations Write a global constitution. Empower the United Nations with more jurisdiction over nations. Place a lot of emphasis on the equitable distribution of natural resources; in the international constitution we must require that each nation have a "budget/diet" prescribed for its peoples/leaders so as to live within the means of the natural resources that are immediately surrounding and naturally flowing through our neighborhoods, including the amount of oxygen and land that we take up. So we must quickly coalesce and educate the world re the current natural resource use and distribution so as to assess those areas that are ìoverweightî and those that are ìunderweightî. From this UN Peacekeeper Congress, guidelines/laws can be handed down to the countries/regions regarding what changes industries must make, what has to come, to go, etc.. An accelerated timeline can be implemented with funds from taxation to companies/regions industries that are over profiting on resources that are not within the means of a certain prescribed radius/parameter of natural resources, (unless ëtreatiesí are made to share/trade resources [read ëionsí] in exchange for products/profits. This tax can be substantiated monetarily and via products/services and even labor. This must be done quickly so that we can see the whole picture accurately and then wars will cease to be such an issue as transparency HURRAY BARACK! and information allow us to choose to make renewables and simple means of living our preference. This will speed recovery of starving nations, sustainable farming, clean water, resource management, health care, etc.
