A Call to Conscious Evolution:

Our Moment of Choice

Economic disparity, geopolitical tensions, climate change, educational inequities -- these mounting concerns are symptoms of a world that is out of balance. Together we can shift consciousness by co-creating a new way of being together.

The Call to Conscious Evolution was born following a gathering of global visionaries. It's a movement that fully supports that the future is not what happens to us, but rather what WE create.

Together, we can co-create a new narrative of conscious evolution by:

  • Building a global community and creating a culture of peace.
  • Restoring ecological balance to nourish all life, and mitigate the effects of climate change.
  • Engaging in social and political transformation by calling for a more conscious democracy.
  • Promoting health and healing by acknowledging the profound mind-body-spirit connection.
  • Supporting research and education that optimize human capacities.
  • Encouraging integrity in business and conscious media.

In this great time of uncertainty, join us in elevating consciousness to create a better world. One governed by meaning and purpose. Accept nothing less.

Every voice counts -- YOUR voice counts.

Teach critical thinking. Laugh at woo-meisters who push vapid idiocy like meditation and prayer and spirituality. Turn away from the lies of religion. Point out the bullshit in the empty noises of people like Deepak Chopra. Learn something about evolution, which has nothing to do with the fuzzy, sloppy, lazy goo these so-called "evolutionary leaders" are babbling about.

We must become more objective in our thinking and consider the effects of our actions on a Universal scale. We must live n a state of hope, peace, balance, and love of life. We must be considerate of those around us and do our best to uplift this world that we live in.

We humans have subtle obstacles that cripple our mindís strengths, senses, and abilities similar to how kryptonite cripples the fictitious character Superman! Just as Superman needs to know where kryptonite can be found, what it looks like, what it does to him, and how to overpower it, we too, need to understand the obstacles that cripple us, emotionally! As we look at the possibilities for change in this century, there is no greater benefit for humanity than for each of us to gain better understanding about the human mindís intricate emotional circuitry and characteristics, as well as troubling nature-based tendencies. If we look at the causes of abuse, divorce, crime, and wars as well as the expenses that resultin this century, healthy mind development must become a serious subject of study in our school systems and adult education. Enough is understood about the susceptibilities of the human mind to improve how we use themif we teach about it. Children need to learn about the helpful and harmful effects of emotions to a greater degree than currently is being taught. There are challenging complexities to understand to healthfully structure the human mind, just as there are to science and math that we accept taking years to teach. Without teaching the knowledge behavioral scientists now know about the human mind, each of us is extremely susceptible to exaggerate feelings inappropriately and misdirect our reactions. There has been a definite creative license to how we humans have built and applied our minds, especially emotionally. Yet the structure that has resulted is not unlike the differences we can see in the appearance and safety features of a buildingwhen an architect and engineer is or is not consulted. Without similar guidance and nurturing assistance as children structure their minds, they may too easily consider haphazard construction ideas and unknowingly miss to consider important structural components that can make a big difference throughout their lives! We donít realize the bad adult habits that result. As architects to healthy mind development, psychologists are now well aware that the human mind is more easily emotionally influenced than is healthy for us. And that leaving our psychological development to chance or too abstract learning approach is no different than leaving any other important aspect of our formal education, that took a structured education of years to buildóto instead a limited abstract way of learning. Without adequate education about this subject, we are left too susceptible to dysfunction and harmful error. Without training, we have little defense to combat ill-psychological tendencies of the mind that cause the greatest harm to us.
