Bring down the "wall" of materialism that is obscuring the sight of so many people and start building "bridges" with the other three main components of human nature: Spirit, Mind and Emotions. Only Love can unite the Four Elements properly while hatred and strife cause separation, unbalance and ultimately illness and death.
