We need to stop eating animals. This will sensitize us to an elevated level of compassion as we learn and feel their suffering-leading humankind forward to care for each other and the planet also, as all life needs to be respected. Surrender the emotions that cloud the mind... give them to the universe and open yourself up to living in a state of awareness and appreciate all the gifts you have been given... even if at times the packaging is quite rough around the edges. We are all here to learn and grow... and sometimes it is much easier said than done. :) Smile it makes life much more wonderful to live, and for others to enjoy being around you.
