A Call to Conscious Evolution:

Shed light on the darker side of humanity, shed light on our fear, greed, ego, arrogance, jealousy, on all our desires for power, wealth and lust. These darker tendencies spring up in most moments of most days ... and every single person has them ... and it is okay to be human ... but in each moment we also have a choice to evolve beyond okay and only human ... we have a choice feel our own impermanence and to feel our connection to all of life around us. On a practical level ... live out of love, live simply so others may simply live. Just these two are not easy it means having less clothes, a smaller house, a less fancy car, skip a dessert or skip a movie and give that money or share that time to plant trees, or in a soup kitchen, or singing songs with your family and friends. The U.S. will be amore balanced place when the emphasis is to live with peace, love and joy within by just being. The government can help by emphasizing the basic things that we all need clean water, clean environment, healthy food, housing, health, education ... there are much needed jobs in these areas, we can create jobs here. Large companies can easily be blamed, but this is not a time for blaming. These companies such as large insurance companies, big banks etc are simply made of people who are working together. When people come together, they have the capacity for amazing beauty and amazing destruction. The government can support them too by having checks that prevent them from being tempted by the same desires which are normal in every human being again for power, wealth and lust. Let AIG shed light on its dark side to reveal some of their human mistakes so we can prevent them from happening again. Let us understand better all the human mistakes done by companies like Enron and many others so we can attempt to have systems in place to prevent them from corrupting themselves, corrupting the lives of others and corrupting the economy. Let us emphasize the positive that CEOs like all individuals need help to live a life that emphasizes peace, love, and joy. For all those struggling in the U.S. and around the world be not afraid, you are not alone. Difficult times have come before ... this too will pass ... maintain your integrity, heart, compassion.
