Let the goverment make the money. Make the banks business be 100% transparent all over the world. Otherwise isolate the transactions to countries or banks that are not transparent.

Convince the corporate and media conglomerates to open the portal by generating the resonance necessary to touch the minds of the masses who are plugging in to the stations they provide. Inform them in every way how frequencies effect their choices and state of consciousness. Even the "inaudible" frequencies. Even the colors. The very fabric of space and time. And eternity.
