A Call to Conscious Evolution:

Dear Ones, Love the new evolutionary narrative, consciousness model, and call to action! A few thoughts: - PLEASE Give our YOUTH a VOICE in the process - they ARE the future. They are in trouble, they need to be heard, they need to find their place where they can deeply connect and find meaning, to be a valued member of their communities and the greater world. Develop a "creed" that speaks to them and inspires them to lift up their own voice. -INVITE RACHAEL KESSLER - author of "The SOUL of EDUCATION" bringing amazing, proven trials of heart and compassion to our educational system - a HUGE NEED if we are to save our youth and inspire them. -Let us acknowledge the immensity of apathy and disconnection felt by our youth and find ways to help them, whether it be through the revitalization of our educational systems, wilderness programs, inspirational service work, youth global initiatives - whatever it takes so we can RE-frame the phrase "at risk kids" and empower them to be the inspired visionaries and "risk-takers" they will need to be in order to lead their generation. - Include new emerging leaders that are maybe not as known as everyone else - they have ideas and consciousness of the emerging paradigm. "Adyashanti" is one such "spiritual, but not religious" voice who has the ability to cross all borders with self-awareness that people from all faiths can embrace. -Include youth groups such as "YES!" and "POWER OF HOPE" that are already doing great things in the world with young peope feeling the power and joy from helping others! - Invite Dr. JANE GOODALL- who has over 4,000 youth groups across the world and alot to say about COLLABORATION and not re-inventing the old wheel! -Invite elders, global mentors and the grandmothers from other cultures - they have wisdom we all need. - Create language that is inclusive to EVERY ONE so that this great message that is being heard by the OBAMA administration can be one that IS INCLUSIVE: for example, while I totally agree with all the language you have here, you will lose many of those with belief systems that cannot relate to "Conscious Evolution" - semantics, in my view, are part of the equation and the conversation so we CAN really invite everyone into the circle, and build a "global common ground" as we also honor everyone's faith, belief systems, and thus allowing the vision to be supported with engagement that goes beyond differences to create the VISION that all of us as fellow humans can embrace. -Invite Dr.'s Hal and Sidra Stone - their monumental work, "Voice Dialogue" will bring a perspective and awareness to the process that can cross all boundaries and belief systems like no other work I have seen. For many years, in addition to being authors of many books on embracing one's self and others, they have facilitated educational conferences all over the US and world. An example of is that they have held dialogue groups in countries such as Israel and beautifully facilitated conversations between Arabs, Christians and Jews in the most heart-opening ways so that each could embrace the other as a fellow human. When I was producing global sympoisums in the 80's their work became the platform for non-judgemental and inclusive dialogue. -Re-read the EARTH CHARTER - remember why we created that creed and it can be interesting to read at this point in time - to re-language some of the wonderful phraseology to capture the next 7 generations - again all inclusive - tricky, but infinitely possible when we are working as one. - I Love the people involved already! -Eager to see what unfolds, and delighted to help!
