Create a new definition of evolution that includes god or something like the idea of god so that religious people can see evolution as a process in which god works to create and sustain life. This idea is possible for us to promote and for religious people to embrace. But it will take work on our part.

We need to learn, to train each other, to teach our children how to look at Existence, at people, at nature, at religions and cultures, at ourselves with the filter of Oneness. Not with the word OR, but instead with the word AND. Learning, training that nothing is this OR that, good OR wrong, but that ALL is an expression of ONE Existense, Energy, Spirit or even "Nothingness". We need to be willing to process our own issues with doing that, to look into the mirror of our Souls and of our Egos and how we created walls between those two important aspects of who we are, in order to reestablish the cooperation between our Soul and our Ego, so that they can dance together. Working together, so every choice we will make towards the future is one submerged with Wisdom...

Continue to find leadership that inspire, motivate people to move to a more awareness level. That means we need to have leadership that shows ways to make the shift. One can talk about what it is, but it is important to also show ways we can make the shift.
