I will consciously and continually put service to others before service to self - in all of the many BIG and small decisions and choices I make on a day-to-day basis. And as a precursor to this, (to ensure it really happens), I will meditate and release often, making certain my body remains a healthy temple. You see, my frequent meditations will also ensure that my Mind (which has dominion over my body) is releasing all outgrown and no longer serving energy. And the more I can quiet my mind through releasing and meditating, the more my Heart (which has dominion over my mind) will produce clearer pictures of my true and perfect individuated feelings. And the healthier my Heart becomes, the more my Soul (which has dominion over my heart) will learn to live only in this Eternal Moment of NOW. You see, by getting your Body, Mind, Heart, and Soul resonating in alignment, balance, and harmony with the SPIRIT of ALL that IS it then becomes clear that you are they and they are you and this ONENESS OF SPIRIT will allow you to automatically continually and continuiously put service to others before service to self. And this is what elevating consciousness to create a better world is all about to me.
