It is important that each of us know that we are a part of the whole, and therefore each of us has the power to contribute to a global shift in consciousness. We can do that by changing the way we live and the values we live by to a more loving and compassionate level. We need to be aware that the process of change is vibrational by what is known as morphogenic resonance. Change occurs when thought empowered by emotion translates into action. We can start by not judging others or blaming others for our problems. Consciousness raising begins when we start taking responsibility for everything that we experience, knowing that we consciously or unconsciously created it all. Then we become more consciously creative.
