Share the know-how of how to regain our ability to meditate, to achieve mental stillness and all that follows it's practice. Using those recovered skills we can find a more wholesome self-image and worldview, a balanced state of mind. Similarly, to accelerate the shift, we can share information about the aspects and ("new") interpretations of some historical "myths" (the tantric texts of many cultures) emerging from new research, especially in the areas of physics, biology and psychology.
