Learn to recognize conflict in your life as a reflection of internal conflicts. Stop fighting the battle out there and turn your focus inward first. Learn to welcome conflict as an invitation to learn more about your beautiful self and the parts you have been ignoring and not loving. Open to a temporary cease fire in this internal battle. Open to bring love to the parts who are suffering. Learn to listen to their unheard needs. Respond with love. Create harmonious relationship between all parts of the self and then practice with other people. Miraculous. Peace with yourself and each other.

It really is all about unconditional love toward all living beings. That includes humans, animals, and Mother Earth. We need to focus on finding what we all have in common rather than focusing on our differences. It also comes to to being of Universal service.
