In very short: Go to the Oneness University in India, receive oneness blessings, see who you really are and then ... accept yourself as you are. Because, if we don't accept ourselves, how can we accept others as they are? Here is the root of all conflicts, big and small. The Oneness Blessing also makes us experience how everything is connected and dependant. And those experiences has made me behave differently, with more respect to and love for everything / everybody. It opens new doors.
