I have been working on the development of visual management systems that open the awareness of all in the enterprise to shared vision, desired outcome, essential knowledge frameworks, and work processes for their use and improvement. That enable and encourage creativity, collaboration, concurrency, convergence and cooperation for individual and group excellence. The goal is to allow members of organizations to experience the "power with" paradigm, and motivate transformation from the dysfunctional and limiting "power over" norm, a costly and outdated legacy. My personal quest is to put the principles of Neural Linguistic Programming into action internally and with others to unlearn ego driven subconscious reactivity, substituting conscious utilization of spirit based intrinsics. The learnings from this journey will be passed on to others in the afore mentioned enabler and by accepting, conscious, sharing and supporting example.

We all need to be accountable for our actions. Our government needs to apologize for the untruths that have been told to it's citizens for past decades. And, we need to protect SACRED LANDS that belong to the Native people. Example, there is a sacred site, that belongs to the "DAKOTA NATION" that is now going to be taken by the National Parks and Recreation. Again, we take and take from these Native people. WHAT HAVE WE GIVEN THEM??? LIES! If we can not hold what is sacred to the People of this country, how can we move forward in good conscience, in good heart and in right thinking.
