Hold daily one minute meditation, prayer for peace or om sessions from where ever one is the world at a specific time each day. it not maintains the energy constantly when we each do it at for instance 12pm local time, it also sends the vibration out, and makes each of us conscious and centered into peace and the open heart... stopping the business for a moment to ground and remember the Truth. We are not all meditaters, but we can each pray or send oms (the vibration of peace) into the world each day for a minute. thank you, Leslie
