Practice forgiveness and compassion, for ourselves and others, every waking moment until we become forgiveness and compassion.

Change the 'fear' based depressing media coverage and ensure more programs go out on positive action. Prevent TV showing damaging programs on rape, sex, violence and replace with informative positive TV. Also work on licencing violent computer games and internet sites. Work on positive conscious control of our children and youths so they can change the future for themselves too. Mindfulness is coming into our schools = this is great so work is already being done!!
