For me personally: free myself from fear, through therapy, meditation, and listening to my body, mind & spirit. I will focus on love and what happens in the now. People, use Transparentness in the language you speak to each other. Say what you really feel! Openess and speaking to each other without lies, anger and fear will open (our hearts) up each one of us. Let go of all the hidden agenda's and face each other in peace.
