I suggest writing a letter a day or an email a day, to voice opinion and deepen the discourse about any relevant topic and model healthy visionary, responses to media, government officials, We must move out of sound bite responses to the complex issues this world is facing, otherwise we move into complicated issues which represent repressed and hidden communications, truncated emotional responses, and ideological vs transparent, capacity building, democratic and theoretical discourse to think through and make healthy life affirming choices.

1) Encourage insurers to fund mind-body-spiritual healing practices that treat their members. 2) Fund programs, such as Positive Discipline, to work within the school system to create a sense of community among students and staff, which will give them the skills to do so as adults in the outside community 3) Prohibit business practices through regulation that destroy the earth's resources
