Each of us can eat more raw, organic food, detox and cleanse the body, use natural products, spend less on crap, ignore TV and mainstream media, say no to vaccines and pharmaceutical products, meditate in the morning, dance and sing during the day, walk in the nature, respect animals as fellow beings, observe better, love more and inspire others to do the same. so many things, and, one so important i find, is to transform our judgments of others....notice our judgments and then look beneath as we ask ourselves what am i valuing that is not happening here? what am i afraid of? gaining clarity and then asking for what we want with an openness and a willingness to listen deeply to the other as they respond... and from here enter into open, compassionate dialogue.... together we can request those around us to bring to our awareness if we are back in old paradigm judgmental thinking and speaking, giving us an opportunity to come back to compassion again and again....
