Become aware of the effects of the food we eat and what stimulation we subject ourself to, has on us. How it affects our moods etc. The idea of anything and everything being embodied energy and the subtle influence of all things. Becoming concious of our own ability to control our happiness from the inside out, not the outside in. Peace~

Demonstrate effects and attainability of higher consciousness

I work with staff and school students as well as the general community to support transformative thinking around sustainability. We need a dedicated sustainable schools project officer to facilitate this process in South Australia. More funding is needed please. There are many people in our state working hard in the area of transformative practice, however, we need the issue of social transformation to be taken more seriously by senior government and industry people. Change is in the wind. A strategic approach to exposing the senior decision makers in our society to these ideas is needed. I hope this pledge will contribute to this.
