Start with your own mind. Develope a daily practice that helps you purify, focus, and activate your mind. Become a witness to your thoughts and emotions, and refuse to let them rule your life. Find balance inside, and eminate balance outside. We must start at home, our own bodies and minds. Then we will be able to work effectively, and we will genuinely evolve with love as we need to do. Every moment a meditation. Every interaction a lesson. Every person a teacher, a mirror. Recognize life as an opportunity to create a positive energy on earth.
