Smile at whomever you meet, each day in the grocery store, on the street, at your workplace, in the bank wherever you are, whatever you're doing, take a few moments to pause, smile, and interact with your fellow man, answer a question, help someone out, or just wish them a good day. Remember, we're all in this together, and the little details count. Change often starts small. Also, buy local... we're trying to buy more locally produced food and agricultural products especially, to support local jobs and the sense of an integrated, sustainable community. We'd like to have more options for choosing to buy local products. And some time each day, take time to truly feel from the heart; to "push" the fabric of our world toward love and enlightenment. I liken this to prayer simple, heartfelt prayer for enlightenment and change, if poured forth from a vast number of people on our planet, is bound to increase the rising tide of positive change and enlighten consciousness.
