Change our buying habits! Shop locally (farmer's markets), buy used and give away what we don't need. Get off the plastic water bottle habit; buy a filter and carry water in reusable glass bottles. Practice Compassionate Communication in all of our relationships. Grow a garden. Pray for peace while doing all that we can to be more peaceful in our relationships. Be of service to others. Find joy in helping others as opposed to over-eating, over stimulating. Be grateful!

I am in process of reorganizing my website to include a blog and connect with YouTube. I have just completed a workshop entitled: BUILDING A NEW CIVILIZATION TOGETHER: STARTING AT GROUND ZERO. What can we do? That's exactly what my books and workshop series is all about. In short, we must each take what we know and what we have and what we do and take it to the next level.
