Continue to educate other people about it - it is my belief that the person must be ready to actively receive this information in order for them to accept it. This in itself is quite a challenge considering the "in the mold" mindset that both society (and in many cases, science) have instilled in us. We should try to find ways to help people become more open to these ideas...in my eyes, this is the first step of which is bound to be a long journey

Support the demands of the global peasant and small farmer movement La Via Campesina for peasants' rights and food sovereignty. Bringing about a mass shift to sustainable small-scale agriculture and food production is one of the single biggest steps we can take to move towards an ecologically sustainable future that is harmony with our ecosystems and our environment, as well as being socially just and equitable. The member organisations of La Via Campesina represent over 200 million people around the world, in what is probably the biggest social movement in history. The more people who join them, the stronger they will become.
