We need to understand the power of thought. One of our greatest discoveries is the 'Placebo Effect". It showed us that our thoughts alone could effect our chemistry, our physiology, physical reality. Our thoughts create our beliefs, our attitudes and actions and therefore out realities. We choose what we think and we can change our thoughts anytime we want.We need to focus our thoughts on what we want for our world , not on what we don't want. We need to think with Love not Fear, Unity not Separateness. If we focus on the end result and believe we can achieve it, we are more likely to find solutions we haven't thought of yet. We need to trust our natural abilities not just our rational minds and past experiences. Each of us needs to take responsibility for our own thoughts, choices and actions. We need to be mindful of ourselves. If we can come together in this Spirit and hold the same positive thoughts, the same positive visions and have a united faith in the human race, then we can change The World. We all ultimately want the same things. Peace, Love, Equality, Safety, Unity and Joy. We are all One race living on One planet. It is time to come together and live in Oneness.
