A Call to Conscious Evolution:

Technology will be a huge factor in the shift, as people communicate with people to learn from eachother. Democracy can be strengthened from our new found ability to imminently speak amongst each other. Issues can be raised in congress, while simultaneously be addressed by the public, allowing congress to factor in public opinion before pushing forward an executive decision. Man can choose for himself in full collective conscious. Education... Teachers must be more in tune with their students mental and emotional state in order that they might know how to inspire their passions, rather then adhere to a strict guideline. This allows for each personality to subjectively grow into their full potential. Social Jobs, people who are on the streets to spread cheer. Performers, entertainers, philosophers, etc. all easily identified so that they may spark group conversations, which may become well heard of via the mediums of technology, and if any group should think of great ideas, that they may be heard of if it becomes well regarded. More social jobs: Create glial cells within the community. Scientists are only now just realizing that glial cells have more of a role in the human brain then heretofore given credit for. If we see the community as a system of neurons containing information, and the basic structures of our society being the neuronal identities, the one thing we lack or have no strengthened is the glial cell aspect. Glial cells act as communication between all systems, they process the information processing, the tasks, the relations etc. This creates almost millions of jobs for social workers and various other types of workers in the social community. I would be willing to elaborate more in person as it is much easier. (very technical aspect) I hope what many people write here gets read through, and I look forward to speaking to someone about this so that I may more properly express the idea that I've been given.
