A combination of both inner and outer action is needed to accelerate the consciousness shift. The inner work can include healing one's physical body, meditating, doing yoga, joining in group/global meditations. The outer work can start with working to end the pollution of our Earth - working with groups, organizations and companies that focus on cleaning the planet, building an economy based on sustainability and a respect for all life, building businesses who focus on integrity and "thinking globally, acting locally", revamping our educational system to work with the gifted Indigo/Starseed/Crystal/Golden Children and help them adapt to their earthly bodies as they release their wisdom. We can also work with the animal kingdom to foster communication and stewardship of the animals who share this planet with us. Horses, whales, dolphins, cats and birds - all the animals are all in need of care There is so much to do...and we can do it.
