Principles of mediation and peaceful conflict resolution should be incorporated into education at all levels, and into the workplace, court system, and international relations. War is obsolete. Children can learn peaceful means of solving problems starting in kindergarten. Training people to teach these principles will create jobs on all levels, from preschool, to law school, to public relations, to international diplomacy.
