Write a niffty email like the one that goes out about Santa each year visiting a solider for christmas. Obvously not Santa but maybe mother earth looking down around and seeing just how bad everything is for the kids playing in a park or something. Chain emails do have an effect and tend to get passed around when they touch our heart strings regardless our beliefs.

Start by allowing the truth to be known, insisting on the truth and refusing to continue to allow the covert harassing (or worse!) those who attempt to share it.. on everything from the positive presence of ETs, to the lies told by the medical/pharmaceutical industry to keep the illusion going (the truth about AIDS as an engineered illness, for example, and how many CURES ACTUALLY EXIST), to the voluntary nature of IRS compliance. ETC. Allow new energy sources to come forward, free energy not controlled by the PUC. It it time for the truth and the freedom it brings. Support people who are helping others be more responible for themselves, support wholistic wellness care, instead of disease proliferation and management. Support community gardens and a return to a connection with the earth. Give Native American Wisdom in how to care for the Earth a place of dignity and respect so it can help restore balance to our earth. (see www.teton-rainbows.com ). Understand how our own thoughts and emotions have contributed to the mess, and take steps to create inner peace, while we co-create outer peace and harmony and a pristine New Earth

I will hold to the truth that the world's energy is in balance...human kind is in balance. We are beautiful. This I will meditate on and carry with me. I will open myself to a continuous elevation of consciousness. On a more physical motion I will promote healthy, happy, creative mind sets to the people around me.
