Stress the importance of relationship with God, self, family, friends and others, over the temporary illussion of satisfaction with material things, consumerism, ego, power, control, manipulation etc. Recognize the Spirit Life force energy in everyone and everything. We are all part of the Big Picture, individually expressed forth.

The more people that meditate daily will help make this a reality. Teaching the value of meditation in schools would be fantastic. Reduce the amount of violence shown on TV and increase the amount of tai chi and yoga lessons available. All think positive thoughts that we can achieve consciousness positive change in the majority of people.
