There are three main elements to help along the concious evolution of an individual and of humanity, they are Meditation (observing inner silence) Prayer (devotion and gratitude towards ones own idea of god) and Service (the practice of selflessness, shifting one's focus from the self to others). With these three qualities or society will naturally become a peacefull loving place.

Critique ourselves. We need to be honest with ourselves and our movement about what is and is not working. We need to be willing to change that which is not working. We need to be able to communicate clearly the value and benefit of expanding consciousness to people of all walks of life. This means crafting our message in a way that speaks to various levels of development, various types of people.
