Remember that we are Love condensed into the physical realm to learn about the difficulties of being in a body. And what are the difficulties? They are those things that cause negative thoughts and actions. Why? Because we are under the illusion that we are separate from Love. So what do we need to do? Remember who we are and that the reality is that we are not separate and that we are Love. If we are already where we want to be and are who we want to be i.e. Love, then all we need to do is break down this illusion of separateness. How? By uniting with like-minded people who have a similar awareness of something more that the ego-based grind that we find ourselves in. In this way we can accelerate our learning and so start the shift in consciousness.....The big thing is to understand that we are already there - we are already Love, but the forces of ego are the iron curtain behind which we deny our true consciousness.....so here goes. Take a deep breath and recognise that true happiness and peace can only come from understanding the bigger picture of divine Love....let our little drops of Love join together to form an ocean. We need every drop......
