Teach and learn and create a community that facilitates health, ease and wellness understanding that all disease is dis-ease. We need to co-create a non-hierarchical community where the flow of information, resources and ideas can flow freely. We need to slow down, quiet our nervous systems, breath deeply, relax our over loaded and fried survival circuits and feel ourselves and others. Free ourselves of constraints and limits inside and out so that we may be present to the now. As individuals and as communities we need to innovate and be responsive to world needs with new solutions not based on old archaic pardigms. we need to use our creativity and our ability to see, know and recognize the truth and not be afraid. We need to create more ease and flow and empathy indiviuallyand as a world community-and to help and care for those whose needs are the greatest.To slow down and to allow. Recognize that God is not out there some where. He is here within us now and we are That- as we live without fear and live in compassion and empathy and forgiveness for ourselves and others.
