I believe it starts with looking at ourselves as individuals. We need to be silent and look within, to first help heal and observe our own unique gifts. We then have a true foundation for sharing these lessons from the heart which is ultimately we're we all connect. Honouring our individuality at this time in history is of utmost importance as we all have the ability within, to reach for the lightest and most loving outcome. We just need the courage to look and feel. The rest will follow.
