Prayer first - energy / intention is the first step. But more than intention, we have to feel it, move it through our bodies with our soul, our being. We have to be conscious. Think about what we are doing it before we act so we are able to make a choice that aligns with the divine. Pausing to choose, thinking about repercussions. Itís choosing humility over ego. Its living forgiveness... i release the part of me that hurts me when I think of you... We have to love. Only love is real. BE real.
