Encourage self growth VS making groups and organizations that increase diversity and deny unity. Engage those who really are interested in a transformation rather than trying to find yet another escape from their on inner conflicts. Get seriously involved with universities and community colleges , and schools to reach out to the young and open rather than old and fixed. stop opening shops after shops to "so called help others". Those ready to transform will find you when ready. Those who want you to hold their hand and tell them what todo every step of the way are not serious enough. please focus on Quality rather than Quantity.
