How we relate to each other is a mirror to how we relate to and treat ourselves. Everything we do effects life in every sense of the word. Everyday spend time in the silence and send out softness and comfort for all who are struggling with the challenges they face. Treat ourself with respect and acknowledge that each of us is a sacred vessel. Be forgiving and compassionate. Open our hearts to the struggle we all have in front of us and support each step.
