There is so much that I have been working restoring my community ,Paradise Palms Las Vegas. We are devloping a new financial mechanism called a Bidco. working with the economic recovery act 2008, developing a new neighborhood stabilization program to go green. We are incorporating this entire philosophy into our Green Course Initative. We intend to film this entire process thereby claiming it can be done. We also are developing a caring financial product that prevents foreclosure of any kind.
